Isaac is an auto mechanic and supply chain management professional with more than 20 years of experience in northern Ghana. He has in-depth experience and understanding of the geographic terrain, logistic challenges, driver behavior and cultural norms of the areas in which MAZA operates.

Genevieve is a public health and management professional with five years of experience in health information management, customer service and teaching in entrepreneurship and small business management. She has deep knowledge of and experience in working in rural communities in Northern Ghana.

Afia is a social development specialist with expertise in social development program design and implementation, large-scale research program design as well as monitoring and evaluation. Her experience has been honed over the last 15 years working across Africa in the health, youth development, gender, education, governance and agricultural sectors.
